YOU do not need to be Michael Fish or Heather the Weather to realise that this has been one of the wettest and dreichest of summers. Global warming? Global drookit, more like. And only one group of people are wearing broader smiles than the owners of umbrella concessions - the bookmakers.
I am not alone in thinking that this has been one of the worst Flat seasons for punters in memory.
