You don't need grapes to make wine. Cairn O' Mohr makes fruit wines from all sorts of ingredients, such as strawberries, raspberries, brambles and elderberries. Produced in a small winery in Perthshire, the wines are often on the sweet side, but they are worth a try. The sparkling elderflower is the real star.
