GIVEN the party's reputation for living on the dark side, it takes a brave Tory to praise vampires. And it takes a clever one to prove that blood-suckers reveal evidence of our innate social altruism. David Willets - he of the 'Two Brains' nickname - is therefore clearly very brave and very clever indeed.
