TAX breaks for mothers who have children should be considered to encourage more women to have babies, the government's senior adviser on pensions has claimed.
Lord Turner who, as head of the independent Pensions Commission, has warned of a looming population crisis, said ministers now needed to find ways of making it easier for women in Scotland to combine family and work.See the full content of this document
