The final week of the Edinburgh International Festival is always a strange time. There has been much to savour (the bravura piece of theatre that was Peter and Wendy being one highlight), yet a nagging feeling lingers that somehow the party's left town when the Fringe shuts up shop. The relentless rain doesn't help. But it isn't over until the official festival says so. And tonight the fireworks close the world's biggest arts festival with a bang. If you don't have tickets to the Princes Street Gardens concert, find a portable radio and vantage point, and tune into Radio Forth 1 or 2 for the live broadcast at 9pm.
