THE Scottish Cabinet will be urged this week to appoint a minister for innovation to help give the country a competitive advantage in key industries.
The call from the independent research and funding group, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (Nesta), follows pressure from the Institute of Directors whose former director general Sir George Cox is involved in promoting a centre for creativity and innovation in Scotland.See the full content of this document
