Summary
GAELIC is a wonderful language and deserves all the support and promotion it can get ('Gaelic signs next stage in the Salmond makeover', October 7). However, dual language signposts are not exactly going to make much difference - after all most of our mountains, lochs and islands have Gaelic names but haven't seemed to do much to increase any interest in our language.
The prize for a really class act has to go to the road signs in Argyll. Apart from the ludicrous spelling errors, some even use letters that aren't in the Gaelic alphabet.See the full content of this document
