SCOTTISH Enterprise chief executive Jack Perry is expected to re- focus the agency by cutting the number of targets to 10 key tasks.
The operating plan for 2004/05, due out in the coming weeks, will sharply reduce the number of priority areas from 28 in this year's programme and will shift attention from start-up businesses to supporting clearly identified growth firms.See the full content of this document
