IT'S A day to loathe London. The Northern Line has been immobilised by industrial action and, as a form of protest at being dumped overground, the commuters of Camden, Archway and Highgate are on fashion strike and wearing trainers with suits as they trudge the long, grinding route home. But, further up the line, in Belsize Park, Denis Lawson cannot quite bring himself to hate the place.
